Emerik is the local name and is found growing in Hevea brasiliensis (rubber) plantation. The plantation is 25 years old and is outside Umin village. Drainage: poorly-drained. The tree is easy to start from cuttings and is used for fencing.
Nama lokal tumbuhan emarik dan tumbuh diperkebunan karet. Perkebunan ini sudah berumur 25 tahun diluar desa Umin. Pengairannya kurang lancar. Gampang untuk tumbuh dan orang lokal pakai untuk pagar.
Young leaves light green, pink tinge when very young, fruit in upper canopy, flowering season ended. Bark slash creamy yellow with brown flecks, no latex, re-sprouts from roots.
Daun muda warnanya hijau muda, dan tunasnya berwarna ping, buahnya dipuncak pohon, saat ini musim bunga sudah lewat. Bila kulitnya diiris warnanya kuning dengan bintik coklat, tidak bergetah, tunas baru tumbuh dari akar.
