Kapas Sutra grows in dry area, in the raining season people usually plant the cotton among their corn.
Kapas Sutra tumbuh didaerah kering, pada musim hujan disekitarnya ditanami jagung.
The stalk is green when young and becomes brown as it matures. The flower is pink when young and then turns yellow. The cotton is very white and very silky.
Batangnya saat muda berwarna hijau dan saat tua berwarna merah. Bunganya saat muda berwarna ping dan tua berwarna kuning. Warna kapas lebih putih dan lebih halus.
