Amorphophallus campanulatus, better known as porang, is a tuber plant from the Araceae family. This plant is characterized by its large tubers and divided leaves. The tubers are also high in carbohydrates. This plant is commonly found in tropical areas such as teak forests, bamboo forests, riverbanks, and scrubland. 

Amorphophallus campanulatus, atau lebih dikenal sebagai porang merupakan salah satu tanaman jenis umbi-umbian dari family Araceae.Tanaman ini memiliki ciri khas umbi besar dan memiliki daun yang terbelah - belah, umbi dari tanaman ini juga memiliki karbohidrat yang tinggi. Tanaman ini banyak ditemukan di daerah tropis seperti daerah hutan jati, hutan bambu, pinggir tepian sungai, dan sema belukar.
