The weavers from an area in East Kalimantan strip the fibers of a plant called Curculigo vilosa and tie them together to make thread. These threads are traditionally tied and dyed and woven into a cloth called Ulap Doyo.
Para penenun dari suatu daerah di Kalimantan Timur mengupas serat tanaman bernama Curculigo vilosa dan mengikatnya menjadi benang. Benang-benang ini secara tradisional diikat dan diwarnai serta ditenun menjadi kain yang disebut Ulap Doyo.
